We design products to perform.

Product design shapes how an idea works, feels and is understood by the people it is made for. For a business developing something new—or improving a product that already exists—clear thinking around users, function, form and manufacture can turn a promising concept into a more convincing commercial opportunity.

Koniff’s end-to-end approach connects research, industrial design and visual communication, so a product is not only attractive but grounded in real user and business needs. We explore the opportunity, compare concepts, refine the strongest direction and create presentation-ready visuals that help you test the idea, brief partners or take it confidently to market.

Product strategy and research

A product project without a clear problem can quickly become a collection of attractive ideas. We look at the user, market, context and commercial objective first, then shape a focused design brief. The aim is to identify the right opportunity before time is invested in developing the wrong solution.

Ideation and concept sketching

The strongest solution rarely appears in the first idea. We explore multiple directions through rapid ideation, sketching and visual thinking, comparing how each concept could work, feel and communicate before selecting the ideas with the greatest potential for detailed development.

Industrial design development

Once a direction is chosen, we develop the product’s form, usability, proportions, details and interaction. Materials, manufacturing intent, ergonomics and brand character are considered together, creating a resolved concept that balances how the product looks with how it needs to function.

Product visualisation

Clear visuals make a product easier to evaluate, explain and believe in. We create refined CAD-led imagery, realistic renders and presentation assets that support internal decisions, investor conversations, supplier discussions, launch materials and early marketing.

Existing product improvement

Improving an existing product does not always mean starting again. We identify where the current design creates friction—through usability, form, detailing, visual consistency or communication—then develop focused changes that protect what works while making it more considered and competitive.

Launch and brand support

A successful product needs more than the object itself. We develop the visual world around it through product imagery, presentations, packaging direction, web content and campaign assets, giving it a consistent story wherever the audience encounters it.

Product design that’s grounded in commercial reality

A successful product needs to be desirable, useful and realistic enough to move forward. Koniff projects are shaped around the people who will use it, its commercial context and the story needed to support it. Led by a Product Design graduate from Loughborough University, we develop ideas with manufacture, presentation and launch in mind—not just a polished image—connecting the physical product with the wider brand built around it.
